Brightwell, the comprehensive service provider for defined benefit pension schemes, has been reaccredited as a Great Place To Work ® for 2026/27.
The certification follows Brightwell’s latest Employee Engagement Survey, independently administered by Great Place To Work. It is based on confidential feedback from colleagues about their experience at Brightwell, including trust, pride, and camaraderie in the workplace.
The latest survey found that 84% of colleagues consider Brightwell a great place to work, 30% above the UK company average. A further 95% said Brightwell is a welcoming place to join, particularly significant given that headcount grew by 38% in FY 2025/26.
Morten Nilsson, CEO at Brightwell, said: “We’re incredibly proud to renew our Great Place To Work Certification. This recognition is based on the experiences and feedback of our colleagues, and reflects the supportive, ambitious and values-led culture they help to create across Brightwell every day. We will keep listening to colleagues, building on our strengths and taking meaningful action to make Brightwell an even better place to work”.
Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work said “Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience.
“By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Brightwell stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for employees.”
