Pensions Administrator

To deliver a professional and efficient administration service to members of the BT Pension Scheme, in accordance with Brightwell’s service contracts and agreed administrative procedures. To process member benefits accurately and within target timescales to provide an exceptional member experience.

Senior Pensions Administrator

Salaried – Chesterfield

To ensure that a professional and efficient administration service is provided to our membership in accordance with BTPSA service contracts and agreed administrative procedures. The role requires strong technical pensions knowledge with experience of checking and mentoring junior members of staff.

Academy Pensions Administrator

Salaried – Chesterfield

Through our Pensions Academy Training Programme, we will equip you with the knowledge, skills and experience to deliver a professional and efficient administration service to our members.

Head of Member Data Management

Salaried – Chesterfield

The primary focus of this role is to manage the accuracy and completeness of Scheme member data. This role will drive the data strategy to improve the integrity of data over the life cycle of member journeys thereby enabling the operation to utilise technological solutions to deliver an exceptional member experience.
