Brightwell, the comprehensive services provider for defined benefit (DB) pension schemes, has appointed Elspeth Lynch as its new Chief Legal, Governance and Compliance Officer.

Morten Nilsson, CEO, Brightwell, said: “Elspeth is a seasoned enterprise leader with deep expertise across legal, governance and regulatory matters. Her appointment further strengthens our leadership team as we continue to build our business and evolve the service we provide to our clients.”

Elspeth Lynch said: “I’m excited to be joining Brightwell at such a pivotal time for the business and the wider pensions industry. Brightwell has built a strong reputation for innovation and quality, and I’m looking forward to working with the team to support its continued development and success.”
