Brightwell recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing

Brightwell has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2026, ranking in the top 50 for large companies.

This national recognition from Great Place To Work® reflects Brightwell’s continued commitment to creating a positive and supportive experience for our colleagues.

The award is based on a rigorous independent assessment, including confidential feedback from colleagues across all areas of the business. Key findings show that 97% of employees believe people care about each other at Brightwell, 86% believe they can be themselves, and 81% are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life.
