To deliver a professional and efficient administration service to members of the BT Pension Scheme, in accordance with Brightwell’s service contracts and agreed administrative procedures. To process member benefits accurately and within target timescales to provide an exceptional member experience.

Member Data Reporting Manager

Salaried – Chesterfield

Key to this role is having an in-depth understanding of pension scheme reporting requirements, scheme data and the administration system. Reporting to the Head of Member Data Management, this role is a subject matter expert and leads a team responsible for data quality and reporting.

Senior Technical Analyst

Salaried – Chesterfield

This role sits in the Technical Services team providing support to a wide variety of projects with a particular focus on technical pensions issues within these projects, as well as assisting with complex member casework, complaints handling and supporting the core Member Services’ teams.

Senior Systems Developer

The Senior Systems Developer reports to the Senior System Development Manager and will work on all aspects of the configuration of the IntelliPen Pensions Administration software platform within Member Services.
