Graham Collman
Head of Planning and Reporting
Graham Collman joined Brightwell in 2019 as Head of Planning and Reporting. In this role, he leads Brightwell’s planning, reporting and insight capabilities, helping to forecast demand, allocate resources, drive performance reporting and identify opportunities for operational improvement across the member services business. His remit also includes member data management and client/regulatory reporting.
Graham and his team sit at the heart of Brightwell’s Member Services operation, providing capacity planning, forecasting, business intelligence and operational insight to support service delivery and strategic decision-making.
The team operate as a data centre of excellence for Member Services. He has played a key role in major transformation and onboarding programmes, large-scale data migration projects and leading the integration of member helpline and casework into one end to end administration function.
Prior to joining Brightwell, Graham held a number of senior planning, strategy and performance management roles at Virgin Media and British Gas amongst others. Throughout his career he has specialised in forecasting, operational planning, customer contact strategy, performance analytics and large-scale workforce management.
Graham is an active contributor to the wider pensions industry and has represented Brightwell at industry events and conferences.
