Fay Knight
Head of Service Operations
Fay joined Brightwell in 2018 as Head of Service Operations. She has almost 20 years’ experience in leading large teams in the delivery of exceptional service. Fay has devised and implemented ways of working which have increased operational efficiency as well as providing opportunities for our pension administrators to develop.
Prior to joining Brightwell, Fay was the Development Manager for a large in-house scheme where she played a lead role in delivery of strategic projects to include the set-up of new schemes. During Project Davy Fay was a workstream lead on the operational readiness and people workstreams, ensuring a smooth transition for both member service and our people.
A keen advocate for delivery of a professional administration service Fay takes a close interest in the sourcing and growth of new talent through our Pension Academy. She has sponsored development programmes through which administrators have pursued pension as well as other role relevant qualifications.
