Jen joined Procentia in 2026 as Group Chief Executive Officer. Jen brings extensive experience in technology-enabled transformation, financial services and organisational growth, with a strong focus on customers, innovation and people leadership. Prior to joining Procentia, she was Group Chief Operating Officer at NatWest Group, where she delivered major strategic change programmes. Before that, she held a number of senior leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Group Director, People and Productivity.
