Gira joined us in 2022 and is responsible for Group Strategy, Communications, People & Culture as well as Investment Operations, Data management and Transformation & Change. Gira has over 25 years’ experience across financial services. Prior to joining us, Gira was at NatWest for 4 years where she led several strategic transformational projects. Before that, she spent 14 years at UBS AG where she was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department, holding a number of roles including: corporate finance professional, European COO, and Global Chief of Staff. Gira is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
