Gillian is a RACC member and acts as Legal Counsel to the Board. She joined Brightwell in 2014 and is responsible for leading and advising on all Legal, Compliance & Governance matters.

Gillian has over 30 years of qualified legal experience including roles of Deputy Global General Counsel at E&Y for 10 years and European Counsel at Deloitte for 5 years. She also spent over 7 years in investment banking at Nomura.
