Dr Paula Walter
Non-Executive, appointed March 2025
Paula joined Brightwell’s Board and RACC in 2025, bringing extensive technology and risk management experience.
Her career within financial services has spanned technology, data, digital, cybersecurity and operations. Prior leadership roles include Chief Technology Officer at Newton Investment Management, Chief Operating Officer at Ruffer LLP, Chief Technology and Information Officer at Aldermore Group and Vice President at Goldman Sachs International.
An alumna of the Universities of Cape Town and Oxford, she holds honours degrees in mathematics and linguistics and a DPhil in linguistics. She completed the Advanced Management Programme at IESE Business School.
