Denise is Board Chair and is chair of the Board’s Remuneration Committee (“RemCo”). She is responsible for leading the Board and ensuring that the Board meets its collective responsibilities. Denise brings a wealth of experience to our team

She is currently the chair of the JPM Chase UK Retirement Plan and of the Brunel Pension Partnership. Denise previously served as a board member of the Local Government Authority’s Local Government Pension Committee (Chair), the Local Government Pension Scheme Advisory Board, and the Local Authority Pension Fund Forum (co-Chair).

Denise left Canada in 1985 and, post-MBA, pursued a career in banking at Salomon Brothers, Chase Manhattan and IBJ.
